As part of our standard auction process, vehicles are stored in secured facilities located throughout the country. Once a purchase is completed, the buyer may select the closest storage location for delivery, which will take place within a maximum of 15 days. After arrival, the buyer receives a secure access code along with the specific storage box number to conduct a personal inspection.

At the storage facility, the buyer can perform a self-inspection and test drive through a managed video session. The vehicle can then be approved and the sale finalized, or, if it does not meet expectations, it may remain in storage and the transaction can be closed without acceptance. All vehicles are fully inspected prior to being accepted into storage, and the company guarantees that the condition and documentation match the description provided.

Available for inspection in 5-7 business days after full payment received (vehicle price + 3% auction fee). Shipping up to 2,000 miles from the storage location is included in the total price.
